Cottonwood Bark Treehouse

Aaron and Andy Mayer 9a-b, 2-day class, SA 7/13-SU 7/14
On Saturday and Sunday, Aaron and Andy will work together to guide students through design, layout, and carving of their own custom treehouse from a piece of cottonwood bark. Students will have their choice of three different designs. Wood-burner will be provided for finishing details.
The full class fee of $100 is due at time of registration. Cost of the cottonwood bark, $10-$15, is payable to them on the day of the class.
Number of students: 5 minimum and 12 maximum.
This is open to carvers of all skill levels.
Tools needed: Carving knife; 3/16” V-tool; #1 chisels 1/8” & 1/4”; Micro U-gouges 3mm & 4mm, Needle file set (which may be purchased from the instructor).
