Al Vigil is returning to the rendezvous this year as a Chip Carving instructor, and we are glad to have him return. Monday and Tuesday will be one day classes and the students will have the option of choosing a coaster or a Christmas ornament or both for their project. All patterns will already be applied to the blanks so you will be able to start chipping when you get there. He will bring stain to finish your project if you wish.
Tools required: Sharp Chip Carving Knife.
Class fee: $45 per day plus the blank cost $6-$35; all skill levels accepted.
