Elk or Mountain Lion w/ Habitat
New for 2021 you will have your choice of an ELK or Mountain Lion with habitat and base. You will carve the Elk from a rough out and may either carve the antlers out of wood or you can learn how to make them with wire. If you choose wood for the antlers a Dremel or a MicroMotor is needed. Along with the Elk you will learn how to make various items in the habitat, sand, rocks, water etc. Bases will be provided and you will have a completed project to take home. The class fee is $200 and the supplies are $50.
The Mountain Lion will be in a crouching pose ready to attack. We will build a rock ledge or habitat of your choosing for him to rest on. Here also you will learn how to make your habitat of rocks, limbs, ledges of your choosing. This will be a fun and exciting class and you will go home with a completed project. The class fee is $200 and the supplies are $50, that includes everything you need to complete your piece. Bases are provided. Tools needed: Normal carving tools, woodburner, if you use power you must have a dust collector.
Cost is $200 plus class supplies ($50). The $25 deposit for the class is applied toward the cost of the class. The remainder of the fees are due to the instructor at the start of class.
