JERRY MCNULTY Caricature in the Round (SA-WE)
Join me for a hands-on carving experience where students will learn how to transform a basic bandsaw-cut block of wood into a caricature figure or bust. Whether you're new to carving or looking to refine your skills, this class emphasizes clean, finished details through strong foundational cuts. Each student will also receive a copy of the pattern to duplicate the project at home for additional practice.
Students may attend 1 to 5 days and are not limited to one project per day—work at your own pace. Come carve with me and take your skills to the next level!
The full class fee of $50 for each day taken is due at time of registration. Cost of the carving blank ($5-15 each) will be payable to Jerry on the day of the class.
Number of students: 3 minimum; 10 maximum.
The class is open to all skill levels.
Tools needed: Basic, sharp hand carving tools including carving knife, V-tool and U-gouge 1/4 inch or something similar. A soft V-tool is recommended but not required.
