Aaron and Andy will teach how to carve the house out of two pieces of cottonwood bark, and will show techniques to meld it to a piece of found wood that represents the trunk. The fee for the class is $90, and the blank/materials are $25. The class size will be minimum 5 students and maximum 10 students at all skill levels.
Tools required: Bench knife, v-tool, 1/8” flat chisel, #7 gouge or comparable, pin vice with small bits, and needle files set (which may be purchased from instructor for $10).
Cost is $90 plus blank ($25). The $25 deposit for the class is applied toward the cost of the class. The remainder of the fees are due to the instructor at the start of class.
